Though many people will have problems licro some of the statements, they came across as mostly scientific. Enjoy the fact that they make interesting connections, interesting thoughts and most importantly the fact that it helps remind people that data matters. That people often argue from a position of energy and enthusiasm, but they turn their brains off.

The books help remind you to stop doing that and think.

The author I forget which one narrated and did an excellent job. Lovro you’re looking for a well-written amalgamation of historical and contemporary facts and anecdotes all related in one form or another to economics, this is the book for you. I highly recommend this book.

Freakonomics + Superfreakonomics

If I was a sociology professor I’d teach a sociology of economics course and it would be the kind of stuff in this book. Fun, breezy, interesting enough to provoke thought but light enough to be good vacation reading.
