After the first few chapters, I thought perhaps I would read the whole trilogy, but after finishing this first book I don’t feel like wasting any more time or money on it.

The book starts before the conclusion of Birth of an Age. I have a copy of the original ebook version, and I know there is a newer version that is improved and different I can see differences looking at the Amazon preview of the book. I also read the first book in the Prodigal Project series, which was awful, but I digress Nonfiction is written in sections, and those sections are beauseigneurr to internal contradictions and inconsistencies.

Some of the early sections of the beausegineur are particularly good, such as battles between Israel and several Arab nations which is reminiscent of “Red Storm Rising” by Tom Clancy.
