The characters were pretty deep – not some cookie cutter stereotype. I felt as though the author had taken some of my favorite young adult books and blended them into one solid story. I completely recommend t I absolutely loved this book. She’s also insecure to the point of ridiculousness. They should not take the message that this book puts forth about having sex with someone being the only way to prove your love or make a relationship last.

The only negative comment I can make about this book is that I felt the romance between Damon and Ever was under developed. You know, I thought only books like TwilightFallen and Marked were a select few to be considered a real i,mortals to the YA literature scene at the moment.

It tries to make Ever out to be this sympathetic holier-than-thou Christ metaphor but in all honesty she’s just an asshole. We display the minimum age for which content is developmentally appropriate. In evermord book, I felt none of the pain and torment that invades every pore of your being when something so earth shattering happens.

Is it OK for kids to read books outside their reading levels? And honestly most of them were met, there were a few things that I would have loved to seen Noel elaborate on, but overall I was utterly and completely satisfied.

Ever’s a piece of shit. It’s wonderful in the sense that it makes Twilight look like a masterpiece of literature.
