This book didn’t really tell me anything spiritually enlightening. Honestly, what is the purpose of depression besides making us miserable? Orloff mixes in enough jjudith of brain imaging and double-blind testing to temporarily earn the readers credibility then pulls out corkers such as: Complete emotional freedom is within your grasp. I guess a quick re-read of the chapter on turning frustration into patience is in order, right?
