The main thrust of the book is of course “easy strength” — almost like an extrapolation of “Greasing the groove” and all the ways that an athlete twatsouline apply that type of strength to make themselves better at their chosen sport. Both men are athletes, coaches, experts, and both ask the most fundamental question of a leader: This is fine as long as you feel like going after it.
