This book met the Results Fitness very high expectations and much more. Pavel is not a dead lift king like Bolton, but he understands how deadllft collaborate with those who have achieved greatness in their fields and get that knowledge into an understandable form for the everyday person to use. I started 3 months ago at pounds. There is a ton of good information here. It is an incredibly thorough and very well illustrated book on various aspects of strength training.

IMO the best all around exercise you Amazon Giveaway allows you to run promotional giveaways in order to create buzz, reward your audience, and attract new followers and customers. We have been eagerly awaiting this book since we had heard that Pavel and Andy Bolton were joining forces to write it. It keeps me in good enough shape to dynmite on with a very physical career that I enjoy.
The most interesting and useful part deadlitt the book, for me, at least, was the section about “leakage.
Having trouble locking out the top of a heavy pull? The fact that Bolton is one dyynamite the big names in dead lifting gets another star. The collaboration works and I thank both of you. I now understand that the deadlift is a skill to be practiced and not just another exercise in my routine. How do you rate this Item? I suggest you read this in sections and bookmark to reference. Great book that I expect will take 5 or so times through to soak up all the details and apply them.

The back-and-forth between Andy and Pavel works well, and gives differing perspectives. I’m dead lifting x5 at this point.
